SHAPE YOUR BEHIND WITH A SLOPED FIGURE
Sculpt Your Inner Thighs For a Dramatic Change
Inner Thigh AirSculpt® is one of the most common treatments we perform, as this can be quite a frequent trouble spot for patients. Many women struggle with legs that frequently rub against each other when walking, causing significant discomfort and decreased quality of life. Furthermore, exercise tends to have little effect on this part of the legs, so it can be extremely tedious to tone this area and feel confident wearing shorts again.
With AirSculpt®, we provide inner thigh fat removal without the invasive tools or processes used during liposuction. Typically, we sculpt the thighs and knees together to preserve the combined cosmetic unit’s natural proportions, though each can be treated individually. Inner Thigh AirSculpt® can also be combined with other parts of the leg or body, plus any of our fat transfer procedures.
Our minimally invasive technique delivers an even, sexy leg silhouette with shorter downtime than traditional thigh gap surgeries and liposuction. Patients experience less bruising and minimal trauma to the treated area thanks to the minuscule entry points and our patented technology’s precise mechanism. These benefits imply that you’ll be able to stop sizing up your clothes and comfortably wearing that favorite pair of jeans again!

IS AIRSCULPT® RIGHT FOR YOU?
Frequently Asked Questions
Where are the entry points?
Two entry points are made at the top of the thighs, just outside of the groin creases; two more halfway down each inner thigh toward the knee; and two more on the inside of each knee.
How long is this procedure?
The amount of time required to complete this procedure can vary depending on the amount of fat that needs to be removed. That said, this treatment generally takes between 60 minutes and 90 minutes.
How much fat can be taken out?
We can take up to five liters of fat from a patient during one session. Most patients don't have a full five liters of excess fat in their thighs alone, but they can get closer to that amount by targeting other areas too.
How do I know if I need fat removal or a lift?
Patients with fat that they can pinch are perfect candidates for AirSculpt. Those without pinchable, excess fat and only loose or excess skin would be better suited for a lift.
Will my cellulite be treated with AirSculpt?
Some patients may experience a degree of improvement afterward, but AirSculpt is not a designated cellulite treatment.
Can you achieve a thigh gap?
Yes, if a patient wants a thigh gap, we can seamlessly sculpt one.
Can I wear tight clothing after AirSculpt?
Yes, you can wear tight clothing after AirSculpt.
Does AirSculpt help lipedema?
AirSculpt does treat conditions like lipedema and lymphedema if there is excess fat in the subcutaneous layer that needs to be removed. The procedure allows for as much lymphatic drainage as possible while giving patients more balanced proportions and instant relief from pain-inducing fat accumulation.
Can this help loose skin?
While AirSculpt always leaves the treated area's skin tighter than before, this is not a thigh lift or skin tightening procedure. AirSculpt focuses primarily on removing stubborn fat; we do leave the skin tighter in the process, but that is not the main focus.
Will I be able to walk after this procedure?
Patients not only can walk but are instructed to walk for at least 45 minutes after any procedure to help encourage healing.
