SHAPE YOUR BEHIND WITH A SLOPED FIGURE
The Most Effective Banana Roll Fat Removal
Unwanted fat can develop almost anywhere in the body, and the region underneath the buttocks is no exception. Often called a banana roll due to its banana-like figure, this pocket of fat forms above the thigh crease and below the buttocks on the back of the upper thighs.
Banana roll fat can cause the back of the glutes to sag and droop, which, with time, results in a loss of muscle and firmness beneath the buttocks. This type of stubborn excess can also weigh on a patient’s self-esteem, causing hesitancy and discomfort when fitting into a pair of tight jeans or bathing suits.
AirSculpt® is a highly specialized procedure designed to address hard-to-reach areas. By contrast, procedures like banana roll liposuction use outdated tools and an abrasive technique, which are likely to leave the skin with ripples and contour irregularities. Meanwhile, noninvasive techniques may claim to be able to sculpt this area, but in reality, they are limited because their tools are pre-made for more commonly treated body parts.
Using patented, automated technology, AirSculpt® surgeons delicately remove the fat cells composing your banana roll while giving your butt a defined, pronounced shape. This treatment goes excellently with other procedures, including fat transfers, but also works wonders alone. You will enjoy dramatic fat removal from your thighs and under-butt areas while also experiencing the benefit of tighter skin too! Our technique uses no scalpels, needles, or stitches, meaning downtime is minimal, and your scars will smaller than a freckle!
GET BACK TO WHAT MATTERS
AirSculpt® technology contours the body so gently that patients can get sculpted and return to work the very next day! Compare that with invasive procedures that call for weeks of downtime, prescription pain medications, and drains for excess fluid. Not only is recovery quicker, but results also begin to appear as soon as one leaves the operating room.
ELIMINATING UNNECESSARY RISKS
Awake the Entire Time
Elite Body Sculpture never uses general anesthesia, meaning patients remain awake throughout the entire procedure listening to music or chatting with a friend, nurse, or surgeon. Using local anesthesia drastically reduces risks while also allowing patients to be maneuvered during treatment to ensure perfectly balanced results.
MAKING BODY SCULPTURE A SPA-LIKE EXPERIENCE
No Scalpels or Stitches
Rather than cutting large incisions with a scalpel, AirSculpt® uses a biopsy punch tool just two millimeters wide to create an entryway that heals with dissolvable sutures. Entry points wind up looking like mere freckle marks, and surgeons strategically make them in folds or creases where they can be easily concealed.
PERMANENT AND INSTANT TRANSFORMATIONS
Results in One Session
Don’t settle for time-consuming procedures that required upwards of five sessions, only to deliver meager outcomes at best. At Elite Body Sculpture, there are no sessions, just permanent results with one single treatment. Patients walk out of our doors with instant results that get dramatically better with time.
CUSTOMIZED TO YOUR PREFERENCES
Whether it’s just fat removal or a transfer as well, our patented technology produces natural-looking outcomes that accentuate your natural curves and maintains desired proportions. Furthermore, AirSculpt® always leaves the treated area’s skin tighter than before, meaning patients can skip the invasive lift procedure!

IS AIRSCULPT® RIGHT FOR YOU?
Frequently Asked Questions
What is a banana roll?
A banana roll is fat underneath the buttocks, above the back of the thigh around to the inner thigh.
Where are the entry points?
Entry points are made underneath the back of the buttocks, right above the back of the upper thighs.
When can I resume running?
Patients should wait two to three weeks before resuming strenuous exercise like serious running.
Will my cellulite be treated?
Some patients may experience a degree of improvement afterward, but AirSculpt is not a designated cellulite treatment.
Will this lift my skin?
While AirSculpt always leaves the treated area's skin tighter than before, this is not a thigh lift or skin tightening procedure. AirSculpt focuses primarily on removing stubborn fat; we do leave the skin tighter in the process, but that is not the main focus.
How long will this procedure take?
The amount of time required to complete this procedure can vary depending on the amount of fat that needs to be removed. That said, this treatment generally takes between 60 minutes and 90 minutes.
How can I prevent any infections after this procedure?
Following the instructions provided to you is the best way to prevent infection. We provide our patients with antibiotics before their treatment and for the following two weeks to lower chances of infection. The overall risk of more severe side effects is also significantly minimized by avoiding general anesthesia.
